Talk Money with Ecstra Foundation

Ecstra has launched Talk Money with Ecstra Foundation, a program designed to help Australian students learn money lessons for life, to be confident talking about money and to make informed financial decisions.

Talk Money with Ecstra Foundation offers facilitator led workshops for Years 5-10 students and additional resources to reinforce learning and key concepts in class and at home. The program is provided at no cost to schools, enabling more students across Australia to access financial education at key life stages.

MoneySmart Teaching

A program to develop consumer and financial capability in young Australians, supported by ASIC.


$20 Boss

An entrepreneurship program for primary and secondary school students run by Young Change Agents, which includes a financial capability module.


ATO

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) offers free ATO-facilitated presentations to students and teachers either at your school or via a webinar. Tax, Super + You is mapped to the Australian Curriculum. It is a free, easy to use online educational resource that can be used by secondary school students and teachers.


Australian Business and Community Network

The ABCN works with public schools across Australia to deliver a range of critical employability, leadership and skill-building mentoring programs. These schools are typically priority-funded and located in low socio-economic status (SES) communities. Mentoring is provided through a coalition of member companies.


Certificate I in Financial Services

A financial literacy course offered by The Smith Family specifically targeted to those on low incomes. It consists of five 2.5 hours sessions delivered by an accredited trainer. Available in NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD.
