Landmark research report launch event: ‘Australia’s financial wellbeing – an integrated approach’
Ecstra Foundation launched a landmark research report ‘Australia’s financial wellbeing: an integrated approach’ in Melbourne on 16 June at the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre.
The report is authored by Honorary Professor Roslyn Russell (RMIT University and Director, Wellbeing Research) and Professor Mike Reid (RMIT University’s Consumer Wellbeing Research Group) and research teams, with funding from Ecstra. Thank you to the Reference Group members, practitioners, leaders, researchers and advocates who all contributed their expertise and insights to the report.
Prof Russell shared her report findings and participated in an expert panel alongside Mitali Tyagi (Financial Rights Legal Centre), Chandni Gupta (Consumer Policy Research Centre) and Irene Verins (Beyond Blue), facilitated by Caroline Stewart (CEO, Ecstra). A webinar is also scheduled for 2 July – see details above.
